Mayor's Permit for Business
Sec. 66. Imposition of Fees - any person who wants to establish or operate a business in
Iligan City shall secure a mayor's permit from the City Mayor and pay the corresponding
fees as follows:

(1) Manufacturers, assemblers, repackers, processors and producers:

i. Without factory, plant, farm or plantation in Iligan City:

Principal Office 2,000.00

Branch or sales office 1,000.00

Warehouse, per square meter 1.00

ii. With factories, plants, farms or plantations in Iligan City:

Per square meter of work area occupied 1.00

Provided that the fee shall not be more than P5,000.00

(2) Wholesalers, distributors and retailers:

Per square meter of work area occupied, including warehouses 1.00

Provided that the fess shall not be less than

P100.00 nor more than P3,000.00

(3) Owners or operators of amusement places/devices:

Night clubs 1,000.00

Supper clubs, cocktail lounges, bars, disco
